We are an Australian-owned, Pacific-focused international development partner for governments and international donor agencies who engage us to design, manage and deliver fit for purpose and sustainable outcomes for communities across the Pacific.

JID began in 2016 as Johnstaff International Development, bringing together 30 years of Johnstaff expertise in end-to-end project management and commercial acumen, along with social and economic policy and program specialisation.

We deliver and support development programs throughout the Pacific bringing global best practice tailored to the regional context. We focus on delivering professional advisory, management and operational services within complex development environments that meet client goals and support long term success.

Managing large, complex investments – often in remote, conflict-affected and post disaster environments – requires specific expertise and a holistic approach to planning and delivery to ensure long-term, sustainable success.

Combined with our end-to-end project management and commercial expertise, our approach to complex development programs achieves fit-for-purpose and sustainable outcomes for our clients and communities.
